OnePlus Nord Buds CE, the company’s latest true wireless earbuds (TWS) under the Nord series has been placed in the budget segment and is aimed at first-time TWS buyers.
The Nord Buds CE features an identical design to the original OnePlus Buds, the company’s first TWS launched around two years ago.
I have been using the OnePlus Nord Buds CE for a while now, and here’s my detailed review that will help you decide whether you should buy the TWS earbuds or not.
The OnePlus Nord Buds CE has been priced at ₹2,299 and comes in Moonlight White and Mist Grey colour options. It is available from Flipkart, the OnePlus online store and the company’s offline stores across the country.
The OnePlus Nord Buds CE reminds us about the original OnePlus Buds. The device comes with a glossy case with a smooth finish. It features an oval design with rounded edgesedges
The case weighs 33 grams, which makes it easy to carry around throughout the day. The earbuds weigh just 3.5 grams each, so you don’t have to worry about ear pain even if you use them for an extended duration
The case comes with OnePlus branding on the front and features a LED, which lights up when you charge the case, start the pairing process or open the case to remove the earbuds
Coming to the earbuds, they feature a glossy finish as well. They come with a long stem and an opening at the end of the earcup. Each earbud comes with a microphone and features a magnet at the end that allows you to place the earbud back in the case easily.
The earbuds come with an in-ear design, and unlike other earbuds that feature a silicone tip, you will not be able to change the tips to adjust to your ear’s shape. The earbuds were a good fit for my ear, and I could use them comfortably. However, this may not be the case for everyone.
OnePlus Nord Buds CE audio and sound quality
The OnePlus Nord Buds CE offers decent sound quality for the price. Due to the design, the earbuds do not offer noise cancellation. The earbuds come with 13.4mm titanium dynamic drivers that ensure rich audio and powerful bass.
