The new 2022 Kia Seltos facelift recently made its debut overseas, which will be soon followed by its first public appearance at the Busan Motor Show in Korea.
The auto event is scheduled to begin on 15th July. While there is no official word on its India launch timeline, the updated Seltos is likely to hit roads by the end of this year or early next year. Some media reports suggest that the SUV’s new model could be showcased at the 2023 Auto Expo that’s slated to happen between 12th – 15th January.A few noticeable cosmetic changes will be made to its exterior. The new Seltos will feature newly-designed headlamps (similar to the Carens), slightly tweaked front bumper and more pronounced air dam surrounded by a faux aluminium skid plate.
The LED DRLs extending into the front grille and fog lamp assembly will remain intact. Save for the new set of alloy wheels, the side profile will remain unchanged. The SUV’s new taillamps will be now extended downwards and have L-shaped LED signature as we have seen in the new Venue. Its rear bumper and faux skid plate will also be revised.
